Houses & Condos : Move In/Out $75/hr (Team of two)

Move In/Out cleanings are charged on a hourly basis and we use 3 hours as a minimum starting estimate. If your home takes less than 3 hours, we will only charge you for time spent with a minimum time charge of 2 hours.

General Time Guidelines:
1200 - 1500 sq. ft. - 2 to 3+ hours
1500 - 2400 sq. ft. - 3 to 4+ hours
2400 - 3200 sq. ft. - 3 to 5+ hours
3200 - 3600 sq. ft. - 5 to 7+ hours
3600 - 4200 sq. ft. - 7 to 9+ hours

$75 an hour + tax with a minimum time charge of 2 hours and is charged by the minute.
