Call us during business hours, which are from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday to get an estimate over the phone, we DO NOT give on-site estimate.

We have a 30-45 minutes window between appointments. We cannot predict traffic, so please schedule your appointments in a reasonable way. A cancellation fee of $55 will be charge. Thank you for your understanding, we appreciate your business. We are very strict about our cancellation fee, so please honor it!

Policies & Regulations

– Our Tidy CleanUp professional only clean interior of homes.

– They do not clean grout professionally, sometimes that would require a power machine.

– They do not shampoo carpets, or clean any stains they would only vacuum.

– They do not buff, polish, or wax floors.

– We do not clean ceilings.

– We do not do rodent removals.

– We do not move any furniture or appliances that is too heavy to lift.

– We do not carry power pressure machines, you would need another service.

– We do not clean windows on the OUTSIDE, we are not professional window cleaners and cannot do that service.

– We can only do what is humanly possible.
